This is an app created to help improve your daily life with the aim of promoting health.If you neglect your diet and exercise, you may end up bedridden or need nursing care in the near future. Even if you try to figure out what youre missing or how much exercise youre doing every day, its a pain to measure it every day.With this app, you can set simple biological information (height, weight, age, etc.) to suggest nutritionally balanced meals, measure simple exercise levels such as the number of steps you take, and check when to take your daily medications. You can set an alarm to notify you every day by setting what you drink.Use Lisapo to manage your own life and aim for a future where you dont need nursing care.[About app functions]1. Sleep time measurement measures the amount of time you slept that day, and when you wake up, it will notify you of the amount of water you drank while you were sleeping.2. It easily measures your daily exercise amount and tells you how much exercise you should do. It will suggest the number of steps and distance appropriate for the persons age. Depending on your age, it determines how much exercise you should do in a day, and it will tell you how many steps to take based on that.3. It will tell you what kind of nutrition you need to take and suggest a meal menu that will provide you with that nutrition. Using the open data you have created, you can suggest nearly 300 types of meals, including staple foods, based on the nutrients you want to consume.4. It will tell you the time and type of medicine you need to take each day, and it will also remind you with an alarm so you dont forget.
